By accessing or using the services, software products, or website (https://profsys.in) of Profsys Software Pvt. Ltd. (“Profsys Software”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion, please refrain from using our services.
Profsys Software provides custom software development, web applications, website design, mobile apps, ERP systems, and digital design services. Deliverables, timelines, pricing, and project milestones are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or project proposals.
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code, design assets, and deliverables created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client as specified in the service agreement. Profsys Software retains the rights to proprietary frameworks, generic libraries, and pre-existing code developed independently.
In no event shall Profsys Software Pvt. Ltd. or its directors, employees, or partners be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our deliverables.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
